- The Controller of your personal data contained in the application documents is Abakus Systemy Teleinformatyczne Sp. z o.o. (8a Działowa St., Bielsko-Biała, 43-300), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Biesko-Biała, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000205103, NIP: 5472001222, REGON: 072903418, hereinafter referred to as “Controller”.

- Your personal data is processed:
- in order to conduct the recruitment process (basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – necessity to conclude and perform a contract at the request of the data subject or in the scope of data indicated in the Labor Code or other provisions of labor law – implementation of the obligation imposed on us legal obligation resulting from the provisions of labor law in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
- in order to carry out the recruitment process in the scope of data not required by us, as well as for the purposes of future recruitment processes (basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent),
- in order to establish or pursue possible claims or defend against claims against us (basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interests consisting in determining, pursuing or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities).
- You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request access to them, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and request their transmit. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint about data processing to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Personal data collected for the purpose of the current recruitment process and future recruitments will be processed for a period not longer than three years, but not longer than until the consent to data processing is withdrawn. However, to the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest in pursuing or defending claims – no longer than for the period of limitation of claims, or longer if it results from the law.
- We will transfer your personal data to entities that act on our behalf, i.e. IT service providers, including online recruitment service providers or advertisers and state authorities, if they ask us for an appropriate request (e.g. court, prosecutor’s office).
- Providing personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide it will result in the inability to consider a given candidacy in the recruitment process.
