The Ministry of Finance is responsible for ensuring proper financial control over the use of financial assistance in the implementation of the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Program. To fulfill this task, it is necessary to collect data on the servicing of this project. Therefore, an IT tool was created to support the tasks being carried out and ensure the collection and quick access to data.
The subject of the contract was to design and implement an emergency event monitoring system for transmitting information about emergencies to district or city fire departments, Regional Command Centers, and the National Coordination Center for Rescue and Civil Protection.
The SWD-ST-PR system, until the launch of the central system for the National Rescue and Firefighting Service, was used in many Emergency Medical Service stations throughout Poland. Among them were EMS stations in Olsztyn and Lublin, where over 120 medical emergency teams working 24/7/365 were served in total.
For over 20 years, the SWD-ST system has been supporting the operational activities of the State Fire Service. System users have access to data on SiS, incidents, and reports, enabling online work of the entire Fire Service nationwide. Our company also operates a permanent, 24/7 technical support center and monitors the system’s operation.
